It’s common to hear about an increase in traffic at this time of the year and the latest instalment in Just Flight’s long-running Traffic series is going to mean busy skies for flight simmers in 2022.
In line with previous versions of Traffic, FS Traffic will add a range of high quality AI aircraft, in a wide variety of liveries, to Microsoft Flight Simulator. The aircraft will populate the airports and airways of MSFS, following patterns based on real-world commercial passenger schedules, and the result will be a massively more immersive airport environment. In addition to the extensive range of liveries and flights in the base package, users will be able to add their customised liveries to the program.
FS Traffic is due for release during the first quarter of 2022 and more details of specific features and included aircraft will be made available over the coming weeks.

The PC Pilot team always do a great job of ensuring that their final issue of the year arrives just in time for the Christmas holiday and we're pleased to see in it that their reviewer enjoyed his trip around our new Palma de Mallorca Airport add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
It gets a score of 90/100 and here are a few of the review comments:
"Highly recommended!"
"The attention to detail both inside and out is extraordinary and as good as I've seen from the most talented and experienced scenery designers."
"I must say the main terminal is simply a masterclass in 3D design. It's an impressive building in the real world and the team has recreated it to an extraordinary level."
"The interior modelling seen through the windows of the terminals adds another level of reality."
The only thing that would cheer us up more than this great review today is knowing that we were all booked into a nearby hotel for a month-long holiday after Christmas!

SC Designs' new F-16 C, D & I Fighting Falcon collection for Microsoft Flight Simulator is now on sale!
This new VR-ready fighter add-on for MSFS brings you highly detailed C, D and I models of the General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon in eleven paint schemes, with front and rear cockpit positions in the D and I variants, authentic cockpit night lighting, custom animated effects, numerous external animations and a full custom Wwise sound set.
The cockpit features smoothly animated 3D instruments, Head-Up Display with authentic layout based on the real F-16C, user-controlled ordnance, Forward Looking Infra-Red (FLIR) display, terrain following radar, reflective glass and icing and rain effects.
These aircraft have been coded with MSFS native 'Model Behaviors' animations and are built to MSFS operational specifications.
